Chef Hai Anh was born in Ruoi region, shared with us her knowledge about ruoi as a kid went to the ruoi paddy at night with other people to catch them. Even we might know hundred of things but about ruoi, it must be her,  from her we learnt that ruoi can be cooked with betel leaf or young green rice.
